KREDIROX makes every effort to ensure that this policy, as well as the way in which user data is handled in practice, complies with the amended Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). KREDIROX acts as a data controller within the meaning of the regulations.

ITEM 2. TOTAL DATA

Each data collection form on the KREDIROX website limits the collection of data to what is strictly necessary for the services offered. This data is collected within the framework specified below (Article 3).

However, additional data may be collected by KREDIROX if the user fills in the free fields of the website. Certain data must be transmitted in order for the user to access the services offered by KREDIROX on its website.

This personal data is used by KREDIROX within the scope of its activities related to promoting its own products and services as customer acquisition on behalf of third parties. It is used only within the strict limits of applicable laws.

ITEM 5. DATA HOSTING

All data collected and processed by KREDIROX is hosted within the European Union. However, should any of its subcontractors be located outside the European Union, KREDIROX undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure the security of its customers' and users' data.

KREDIROX also undertakes to verify that these service providers comply with their data security and confidentiality requirements throughout the entire contractual relationship. Otherwise, KREDIROX undertakes to terminate the contract.

ITEM 6. USER'S RIGHTS TO THEIR DATA

According to the amended Data Protection Act and the GDPR, the user has the following rights to their data:

• The right to request access to processed data.
• The right to request the rectification or erasure of processed data.
• The right to restrict the processing of your data.
• The right to object to the processing of your data.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
